1. Promoter

The promotion is run by Linkup Paints Bay of Plenty & Gisborne (“the Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion runs from 1 May to 31 July 2026. Entries outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Open to customers who purchase from Linkup Paints.

Employees of the Promoter and associated companies are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, customers must purchase two (2) SmartLine products on a single invoice within the promotion period.

Each qualifying invoice equals one (1) entry into the draw.

Multiple entries are permitted with multiple qualifying purchases.

5. Prize Details

There are three (3) prizes to be won.

Each prize consists of a Shimano or Penn rod and reel combo.

Prize brand/model is at the Promoter’s discretion and subject to availability.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Draw Dates

One winner will be drawn at the end of each month:

End of May 2026

End of June 2026

End of July 2026

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted via the details provided at the time of purchase.

If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 working days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

8. Prize Collection

Prizes must be collected from a Linkup Paints store unless otherwise agreed.

Valid ID may be required for prize collection.

9. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.

The Promoter may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

By entering, participants agree to the use of their name and/or image for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
